Is a student outside state of Karnataka eligible to appear for COMEDK.Within how much Rank in the Entrance Exam one can expect to get admission into MBBS COURSE.

Yes any indian citizen can write COMEDK exam. but you wont get the opportunity like karnataka student.
For MBBS , i think you should score atleast 40%.

when is the ComedK 2011 exam likely to be conducted, from where can the application form be available?

In COMEDK or KCET, one has to pass the Kannada Language Qualification test after clearing the exams to take admissions. You can write the exams, no problem with that.
