There is no separate entrance for Ph.D admission conducted at karnataka university. The eligibility is that, you must be a post graduate with atleast 55% marks from recognised institute.

You must have valid csir net or UGC Net or gate exam score to get admission at top research institutes in India. So, I would advice you to prepare for csir net examination to get admission in merit quota at karnataka university.
