Details Regarding MAT Examination :-

MAT means Management . This Examination is conducted by All India Management Test . This Examination is held four times in a year during the month of February / May / September / December .

Eligibility Criteria for MAT Examination :-

~~ The aspirant should be complete bachelor degree or equivalent examination in any discipline from recognized university .

~~ Any discipline aspirant may eligible to apply for this examination ( ie :- B.com / BBA / B.sc / B.A / B.tec )

~~ The Final year aspirant may also eligible to apply for this examination .

Note :- Percentage of marks is not necessary for MAT Examination if your qualified in under graduation course then your eligible to apply for this examination .

For MAT Examination you may go through the syllabus like, Language Comprehension / Mathematical Skills / Data Analysis and Sufficiency / Intelligence and Critical Reasoning / Indian and Global Environment .

MAT stands for MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST.Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a National Entrance Test conducted by All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS).

This test is conducted for the selection of students for the MBA courses in some of the colleges which accept the MAT score.

This test is(AIMA-MAT) conducted 4 times a year: in February, May, September and December.

To be eligible to apply for the MAT exam you must have done graduation or in the final year of graduation in any field from any recognized University.

THE SCHEME OF EXAMINATION IS:

This exam called MAT has 5 Sections:

1. Quantitative Ability
2. Reading Comprehension
3. Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency
4. Logical Reasoning
5. General Knowledge

Total number of questions: 200

40 in each section and Duration of the MAT:
150 minutes

There is negative marking of 0.25 for the wrong answers and 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.

MAT Important Dates:::

• Date Of the Exam(Paper-Based): 5th February, 2012 (Sunday); 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
• Date Of the Exam (Computer-Based): 11th February, 2012.
• Last Date to Apply: 14th January, 2012
