For doing a M.tech course it is a must to have a B.TEch or a B.E degree. B.Sc degree holders will not be eligible for the same. So you are not eligible for this course. Donot get dejected you can first complete M.Sc and then go for M.tech. You need to appear for entrance exams so prepare accordingly.

I am doing M.Sc microbiology. Can I do M.Tech in microbiology after completing M.Sc? What will be the procedure for it? What will be the scope for it?

No you should have a btech degree in microbiology for diong mtech. So you are not eligible for the same. So keep trying for other courses.
