Sir i wish to appear for phd entrance to be conducted in 2011. I have completed master of management science in systems management. please let me know the schedule and procedure for phd admission.

Following are the specifications for admission to PhD in Management:
1. The candidate should have at least 60% marks in full time Master's degree or equivalent CGPA score.
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience is required after Master's degree.
3. The candidates are required to write a two page Statement of Purpose.
4. Based on their performance at written Research Aptitude Test, the short listed candidates are to make a presentation to a panel of experts.
5. This is followed by an interview and list of successful candidates is published thereafter.

The candidate who is pursuing master's degree can appear in the entrance exam

presently I'm pursuing my mba from sikkim manipal university through distance education. I have 10 yrs of work experience in the IT industry and presently not working. Am I eligible for PhD? If so, what is the procedure? Can anybody help me out? Thanks!!
