After completion of your bachelors degree program, the duration of Company Secretary Course will be as follows:

• Executive Program: Nine Months
• Management Training: 15 Months

The Company Secretary course apart from Executive Program and Management Training, also comprise of Professional Program. The minimum duration to complete the Professional Program is Nine Months and the registration for the same can be done along with the registration of Management Training just after completion of Executive Program. So, while undergoing Management Training Program, you will be able to complete the Professional Program of Company Secretary course and hence, all the three stages, i.e. Executive Program, Management Training and Professional Program can be completed with in couple of years.

CS is stand for Company Secretory course :

>> Time duration of Completion of CS course about 24 months.

>> this course has 2 steps:

1. Nine Month programme of executive programme.

2. 15 Month programme of Management training.

CS - Company Secretary is managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India), the course is divided in to three programs:-

-Foundation Program
-Executive Program
-Professional Program

After Graduation one can take admission directly to the Executive Program which is of 9 months duration.

After completion of Executive Program one is eligible for Professional Program which is followed by a compulsory practical training of 15 months.

After successful completion of Training program, the candidate become a Company Secretary certified by ICSI.

Hi,

Total duration of Company secretary ( CS) course is 3.5 years, which includes 2 years of the course and 15 months of training.

Thus after graduation CS will be of two years.

After completing your 12th or equivalent course The Duration of Course is 2 years for CS exam.......

1. 9 Month programme of executive programme.
   
2. 1 year and 3 month programme of Management training.

CS stands for Company Secretary which is a professional course & can be done after +2 , As you are graduate then you can direct enter in their Inter level.

Normally CS has three levels :

Foundation
Inter/ Executive
Final
