I am a second year bcom student but i was not having maths in 12th so m i able to apply for mca after my graduation .

Candidate who seeks to pursue the Master of Computer Application [MCA] from most of the recognized University or Institute, must have completed the Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University with Mathematics at the +2 level. The duration of the program is three years. The exemption from having studied Mathematics at the +2 level are for those candidates who have studied Bachelor of Computer Application [BCA] or any other equivalent qualification. Admission to most of the Institution are through entrance examination which are conducted on various level as well as by individual Institutions.

However, being a Commerce graduate, you can look to pursue MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University [IGNOU]. The University offers the MCA through distance mode. Candidate who have completed the Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized University are eligible to pursue the course. However, those candidates who have not pursued Mathematics as a distinct subject at +2 level are required to pursue and pass the CS-60 course concurrently.

MCA eligibility :

eligibility :
1. The candidate must have completed any of the courses bba, bca, b.tech and also science or computer graduation courses
2. No age restriction
3. Candidate must have studied science subjects in 10+2
4. Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in graduation for mca

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AFTER COMPLETING INTER WITH MATHS TO DO MCA

Yes definitely you can apply for MCA (Master of computer Application).It is a 2 years post graduation degree course of computer application.

After completing graduation you can apply for MCA.There are some universities take entrance exam for the admission of MCA.

You will have to appear entrance exam .On the basis of scores in entrance exam you can get admission in MCA.
