Only Final year or Pass-out B-TECH ,M-TECH ,MCA degree holder are applicable for Infosys .Some time they recruit BCA and B.Sc candidate also .

If you have through out 65% in career then you are applicable for Infosys campus placement .Pending Backlog candidate are not eligible for IInfosys . One year gap in through out career are allowed for Infosys Recruitment .

Recruitment process for Infosys are - Written Test ,Technical Interview and Personal Interview.In some special cases they should add GD round .
