can i join B.E. in electrical engineering for Indian air force or merchant navy after my diploma in electrical engineering??

After completion of your Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering, you are eligible to pursue B.E Mechanical Engineering course but, you can't pursue B.E Electrical Engineering course.

To join in Indian Air Force after completion of your B.E Mechanical Engineering course, you need to appear in Combined Defense Services (CDS) examination. The CDS examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year. To appear in CDS examination, you must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below :-

1. You must be an Indian National.

2. You must have completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a Government recognised university with Physics and Mathematics subjects in your 12th standard.

3. You must have attained the minimum age of 19 years and the maximum age limit is 24 years.

4. You must be Physically fit.

By satisfying the above mentioned eligibility criteria, you are eligible to appear in CDS examination to join in Indian Air Force. Since, you have completed your Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering, you are eligible to get admission only in B.E course of Electrical Engineering.

If I have 3 nationals and also completed my btech degree in electrical engineering then how I'm apply for indian airforce ?
