The Organizational Behavior papers are divided in to different units which make it structurally easier for students to understand and attempt these papers. The first unit is related to the management. This will include evolution of management, contribution of different noted thinkers, management practices, approaches and functions. The second unit has largely to do with the planning and its various types. There can be different kinds of decision making plans and models. These have to highlighted in terms of matrices, break even analysis and decision trees as well. The third unit is all about department and delegations. There will be centralized concepts to deal not to mention line and staff relationships. There will also be questions on leadership qualities and the different methods of communications and barriers. The last unit has largely to do with controlling and this forms major chunk of the behavior paper. This deals with control systems, its types and the different control techniques.
