Can I apply for the post of Junior Engineer in various state government department? I have completed B.Tech Civil


sir, i have completed b.tech(civil).
can i apply for the post of junior engineer in various state govt. department?????
i am not diploma holder.
in central govt. the degree holders are also applicable for j.e. in some departments.
plz i want to know the name of states and there deppt"s who allow to b.tech
holders(civil engg.) to apply for the post of juneer enggineer???????

Sirr i m btech 2014passed out student frm mechncl brnch .sir i fill both the form for je and se ... .. it it rgt or not ... ???? Plz also send me last 10year question paper for junior engg post.
