with respect to your question , I would like to bring it to your notice that both b.com and cs(computer science) are a total different field of studies and hence there is no institution in India where you can graduate with both the same degrees at a given time.

The only way to solve your degree requirements is opting for a correspondence of cs along with your b,com degree.
