Hi, I have completed my BA (private) from PU in 2012. I get 5.5 scores in IELTS recently. Tell me that am I eligible to go abroad (any country) preferred Canada, America, and England (Yes or no).

Yes, you are eligible to study abroad with 5.5 bands score in IELTS examination but, you can't get admission in best universities for pursuing your higher studies with 5.5 bands in IELTS examination.
