Hello can i apply for Canada or Australia with 5 bands and i complete my 2 in 2017 or got the 68% marks. Please help me

Yes. You can. At first to apply for Canada student visa, you must have a minimum of 5.5 in each of the IELTS bands and an overall score of 6.0 in IELTS.
Then you can easily apply for Canada or Australia with
5 bands score.

Competition is very high with less score there are less chances of getting admission.

To apply for permanent residency through Express Entry you need to have a minimum language proficient of CLB 7whuch is a minimum of 6.0 for each section of IELTS
