Yes, you can do AMIE after completion of Diploma in Architecture course. The AMIE is the engineering degree course offered through distance mode. Students after completion of a 3 year polytechnic diploma course or its equivalent in any branch of engineering are eligible to study the AMIE course. The AMIE contains various branches, including Architectural Engineering. Therefore, you are eligible to study AMIE course. There are two sections available in AMIE. They are Section A 4 subjects and Section B 9 + lab and project. The maximum duration of the AMIE course is six years. AMIE course is conducted by The Institute of Engineers (India).
