I have won ful A in state board kerala in 10 th and i like to take direct pg courses if am eligible, in oxford university oor harvard?

I am extremely sorry to state that you cannot take direct admission in post graduate course in Oxford or Harvard after completion of 10th standard. This is because you do not satisfy the basic eligibility criteria of post graduation which is you should be a graduate in that field or related fields. Moreover, foreign institutes do not take into account your score in academics with high importance as they consider separate entrance exam scores for admission.
