Hello friends, I am interested to do PhD(English Literature) from Masaryk University. Can I know which are the documents required for the admission in this course and in this college? Please let me know about this as soon as possible.

Documents required to study PhD(English Literature) in Masaryk University:

Updated Resume,

2 letters of recommendation,

Statement of Purpose (750 words maximum) in English,

Transcript of university/college studies,

Score card of IELTS/TOEFL iBT/Certificate of Cambridge Proficiency in English

You should be is able to:

-Demonstrate a complex overview and detailed knowledge of the field of literary studies (literary history, criticism, literary genres).

-Show a deep understanding of interdisciplinary and transnational approaches to literature (ethnic, gender, postcolonial, regional, etc.)

-Have expertise in one of the four Anglophone literary areas (British and Irish literatures, North American literatures, Australian and New Zealand literatures, other literatures in English).

-Bachelor's and Master's degree
-English Proficiency Test such as IELTS/TOFEL
-Official transcripts
-Resume
-Motivation letter
-Two letters of recommendation

Eligibility criteria

-Completed Bachelor's and Masters degree
-You need to have a good knowledge of the English language , so you need to take at
least one exams from the following English test:
-TOEFL
-IELTS
-Cambridge English
Once you have cleared above mentioned tests, you can apply for admission to study PhD.
