I thought of doing ms in USA. It's enough to write IELTS exam without writing gre?

No, it is not enough to get admission for pursuing MS in USA, if you appear only in IELTS examination. Only some universities in US offer admission on basis of IELTS score but, most of the US universities asks for GRE score. So, to get admission in best US universities for pursuing MS course, you have to appear in both GRE and IELTS examination. You need to score at least 300 marks in GRE and 6.5 band in IELTS examination to get admission in best US universities for pursuing MS course.

The IELTS is one of the entry requirements for USA universities to do MS. The minimum score of 6.5 for IELTS is required to study Master Degree in USA. Apart from this you should have scored good marks in bachelor degree to get admission to MS in USA. You should also clear the GRE to study in USA, because many universities in USA consider the GRE for the MS admission. So you have to clear the GRE also to study MS in USA.
