Dear Sir/Madam, which entrance exam I must appear for studying MEng(Mechanical Engineering) at the University of Birmingham? I want to do this course so I would like to know about the entrance exam. Kindly tell me about the cutoff marks for securing admission.

The University of Birmingham offering two kinds of Master's program in Mechanical Engineering.
1. Mechanical Engineering Ph.D./MSc by Research
2. Advanced Mechanical Engineering Masters/MSc

An entrance examination is not required to pursue these programs. However, you are required to appear for an English language proficiency test such as TOEFL or IELTS. You must have either IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any band or TOEFL score of 80 overall with no less than 19 in Reading, 19 in Listening, 21 in Speaking and 19 in Writing.
