2. QS Undergraduate Scholarship.

3. Fulbright Foreign Student Program.

4. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees.

5. Clarendon Scholarship at the University of Oxford.

There are various scholarships one can apply for:_
QS Undergraduate scholarship
Great Wall Program
Fullbright Foreign Student Program
QS Scholarship for Academic excellence

It's a monetary award for students to use towards the expenses for their program such as travel, credit, books etc.
In Germany almost all Universities are free of charge and country's largest Scholarship fund DAAD provides scholarship to cover living expenses.
One can earn while studying.
Apply for grants and awards, it mainly helps meritorious and backward class.
