I am an 5 years experienced MS educated software engineer from India. Just now got PR from Australia. If I move there can I get the job imminently? How much salary I can expect?

When you are granted permanent visa, it means you are permitted a 5 year travel facility.
This mean you can reenter and leave the country till the visa remains valid.

But there is no gurantee of job.
For getting hired , a person's visa says everything , if they are allowed to work or not.
If there are no work restrictions on their visa , then they have unlimited rights to work in Australia.
They must have a valid work visa for getting hired.
They can apply for job if their visa permits, then they after expiry they have to renew their visa.
