You must score minimum band of 5.5 to get Visa for any foreign country. Along with more than 5.5 band you must fulfill the requirements:-

:-Higher Secondary School Certificate
:-Higher Secondary transcripts
:-Scanned copy of passport and visa
:-Personal statement
:-Reference letter from high school teacher
