MCI(Medical Council of India) can only approve the medical colleges in India. It has no right to approve the medical colleges in other countries. Because, It is a council which belongs to India. But, you can complete your MBBS in china. After the completion of course, you should get back to India and you should register yourself as a student, who had completed the MBBS course in other country.And MCI will conduct "Foreign Medical Graduate Exam(FMGE)" for the candidates like you. You should appear and qualify this exam to make your degree recognized in India. And the cost for MBBS in china will start from 20 lakhs, if it was average university. And it may vary depending upon your university selection.
