What are the consequences of going abroad for job without approval?

HI At present i am working in saudi arabia I got a Appointment order from kerala job under kerala psc. I am planning to go one week vacation from saudi to keral and apply leve without LWA .And come back to saudi for job
How long it will take for approval from the government .?

What is the consequence my be i am going to face if i am going abroad with out approval from government in keral?
