Gautam Buddha University School of Management offers admission to the candidates who are interested in undertaking the two year based Post-Graduate course of Business Administration. The State Government of Uttar Pradesh established the Gautam Buddha University. The University is located in Greater Noida, near Delhi. The Institute was established recently in the year 2008. The overall number of seats offered by the Institute in the course is 120. Candidates can also earn specialization in disciplines which include Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Retail, IT, Operations, Insurance, Strategy, etc.

Gautam Buddha University holds selection test in order to allow candidates to undertake admission in the MBA Program. The Test is known as GPT and is written test. Candidates who are successful in the test are called for Personal Interview, as a part of Final Selection. The test is conducted only across 5 centers in the India namely Delhi, Noida, Bengaluru, Lucknow and Ranchi.

Eligibility criteria:

A candidate should have a 3 years bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised institute with atleast 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (40% for SC/ST). Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply.

The forms for MBA will be available directly from Gautam Buddha University. The form can also be obtained by post from University by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.gbu.ac.in.

Pattern of GPT:

GPT will be of 2 hours duration containing multiple choice questions divided in the following sections with mentioned weightage:

1. Reasoning and Aptitude: 30%

2. Mathematical Ability & Data Interpretation: 30%

3. English Proficiency: 20%

4. General Awareness: 20%
