Junior Research Fellows, DRDO
Company profile: DRDO is extensively devoted in the research and development field for utilization for the defence purposes. IT deals in solid state materials, electronic sciences, material testing, etc. It is contributing for the development of the country in the field of R&D. Its aim is to develop high purity materials.
Job profile: The candidates will be involved in the research work for contributing to the field of defence. They will be dealing with the development of solid state materials and devices, electronic sciences, physics, etc.
Eligibility: only Indian candidates can apply. The age of the candidate must not exceed 28 year as on 11.08.09.
Education required: A candidate must have a master’s degree in physics/material science with specialization in solid state physics/electronic sciences from a recognized university.
The candidates with UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE qualification will be preferred.
No. of posts: The posts totally depend on how the candidates perform.
Pay scale: The candidates will be on a probation period for 2 years. ² e candidates will be given a stipend of Rs12000 in 1st and 2nd year and Rs14000 in the 3rd year plus the allowances.
Selection procedure: The candidates will have to appear in the WALK-IN-INTERVIEW.
The organization can hold a screening test in case a large no. of candidates arrive.
How to apply: The candidates are required to bring a hand written application containing the essential particulars and a recent passport photograph pasted on the application. They should bring their original certificates on the day of interview. They should be present on 11.08.09 at Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, Solid State Physics Lab Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi -110054
