Exam Pattern of the Automobile Engineering Course
Graduate level
The graduate level paper shall consist of 2 parts. They are:
- Part I: The time allotted for each aspirant to finis answering all questions in this section is 180 minutes.
- Part II: The time allotted for aspirants to finish answering all questions of this part is 180 minutes.
Both these papers encompass 2 different sections on Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry topics. The questions that are asked in this paper shall be of the objective sort. Minus marking is followed in the evaluation of this paper.
Postgraduate level
The Postgraduate level paper shall have approximately 150 questions. The paper is classified into 3 sections. They are:
- Part I: This part shall have 20 questions and every question carries 1 mark.
- Part II: This part shall have 55 questions and every question carries 2 marks.
- Part III: This part shall have 10 questions and every question carries 2 marks.
The question type shall be objective and all questions shall have multiple choices. Here also minus marking is followed.
