Company profile: It was established in the year 1970. It deals in the guided weapon technology and the production of aerospace materials. The main objectives of the organization are to attain a turn of Rs1500 crores in the year 2010-2011, to work for the development of the country and to work in collaboration with DRDO in the department of missiles. 

Job profile: The managers will be required to take charge of the activities in their respective departments like supervision of juniors, planning and control of new and old activities etc. They will be required to execute the responsibilities assigned to their respective departments.

Eligibility: The age limit for the post of deputy manager (IMM and Environment) is 45 years and for junior manager it is 28 years till 01.07.09. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational qualifications:
1. Deputy Manager (IMM) – A degree in technology + an MBA and a 4 year experience
2. Deputy Manager (Env) – A degree in civil engineering with PG diploma in Environmental engineering plus an experience of 4 years and exposure to quality control is desirable
3. Junior Manager – MA (Hindi/English) with PG diploma in translational OR BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical engineering with a gate score from a recognized university with an experience of minimum 2 years

No. of posts: There are 5 posts for deputy managers and 3 posts for junior managers.

Pay scale: The pay scale offered to a deputy manager is Rs20600-46500 and that offered to junior managers is Rs12600-32500.

Selection process: The selection will be purely on the basis of merit. The candidates will have to go through an interview which will be intimated later by the organization.
