BS-MS (dual degree) is a 10 semester course given at Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune. HSC passed candidates can join the course by qualifying entrance examination. Selected students must pay the total fee of Rs. 19000 /- at the time of admission. Semester wise tuition fee for pursuing the course is Rs. 7500/-. Fee structure from semester II to semester IX are same. Students must pay a total fee of Rs. 12,000/- each semester. Total Fee for 10th semester is Rs.13,000/-. Apart from this, they must pay Rs. 11080/- as mess charges.

The entrance test conducted for admission to M.Phil (Education) in IASE University comprises of two papers. Objective and short answer type questions are asked for the written test. Topics such as Education and Democracy, Educational Psychology, Influence of teacher characteristics, Motivation, Learning, Theories of Personality, and Sociology of Education are included under Paper I. In Paper II, topics like co-relational studies, experimental research, research in teacher education, sampling error, and types of educational research are included under the syllabus.

Diploma course is available in subjects such as Cargo Management, Computerized Accounting, Hardware and Networking, Medical Transcription, Tally Software, and Yoga Education. The Hyderabad University offers integrated M.Tech –Ph.D programme in two subjects, in Materials Engineering and Nano Science & Technology. BE/B.Tech/ AMIE/M.Sc holders in specific subjects with minimum of 60% marks are eligible for admission. Admission process for eligible candidates is done on the basis of written test and interview. The written test is asked for 75 marks and the interview is conducted for 25 marks.
The Kurukshetra University often carries out entrance test for admission to Ph.D in Management. Topics like Organizational Behavior, Managerial Economics, Accounting for Management, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, and Business Legislation are covered under the syllabus of the entrance test. Aspirants should refer books such as Organizational Behavior by Robbins, S.P., Judge, T.A., Sanghi, Managerial Economics by Petersen, H. The BRCM College of Engineering and Technology (BRCMCET) offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in a variety of subjects. B.Tech degree is available in streams like Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Admissions are done on the basis of JEE (Main) score. Engineering graduates with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for M.Tech degree in the concerned subject. This course is available in subjects such as Computer Science & Engineering, Machine Design, and Instrumentation & Control Engineering. Admissions are done on the basis of GATE or Haryana Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (HCPET).
The Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) have invited applications for internship programme - 2013. Engineering graduates, M.A or M.Sc holders (Economics), CA, ICWA, MBA graduates, etc are eligible to apply. The minimum period of internship is 6 months and the maximum period is one year. Interns are selected on the basis of the marks secured in the qualifying examination. Interested candidates should send filled up application forms (in prescribed form) before 21st October 2013.
B.Ed colleges affiliated to Kashmir University are mainly located in the districts of Srinagar and Baramulla. Some of the reputed colleges offering admission to this course are Dr. Iqbal Teacher Training College of Education, Guru Nanak College of Education (GNCE), and Shiekh-ul-Aalam College of Education.

Topics such as Bioprocess Engineering, Bioreactor Design, Environmental Biotechnology, Plant Biotechnology, and DNA Technology are studied under its course curriculum. Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Bharath University, Manipal University, etc are some of the reputed institutions offering admission to the course. Admissions are usually done on the basis of GATE score. The fee structure for the course varies with college/University. Total fee for pursuing the course in Bharath University is Rs. 40,000/- per year.
