The campus placement procedure for Vedanta includes the stages of written test, GD, and interview. The written test mainly comprises questions on Quantitative Aptitude. Engineering graduates below 24 years of age are allowed to participate in the selection process. B.E/B.Tech degree must be obtained in subjects such as Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Metallurgy. Applicant should hold first class marks from 10th till graduation.

The Symbiosis International University (SIU) often conducts entrance test for admission of students to Ph.D (Law) course. There are two sections for the entrance test. First section include questions on General Aptitude and second section is based on subject related topics.
The L’Oréal India Scholarship is granted for 30 women students who intents to pursue a career in the field of science. The North Eastern Hill University or NEHU offers admission to B.Tech (Information Technology) course through regular scheme as well as lateral entry.
