Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Kerala (IIITM-K) offers M.Sc courses in streams of Information Technology, Geo-informatics, etc. Engineering graduates and Science graduates are generally considered for the admission process. Selection process is carried on the basis of written test and interview. Written test is carried out at all India level with centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Cochin and Trivandrum.

KL University offers admission to B.Tech courses on the basis of engineering entrance exams like KLUEEE, IIT-JEE/AIEEE/ISEET, and EAMCET. Candidates having a good score in any of these entrance exams are offered with scholarship program. Selected students can enjoy relaxation in fees too.
National Institute of Science & Technology (NIST) offers B.Tech courses in streams of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Information Technology. M.Tech in VLSI Embedded System’s Design, M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, etc are some of the PG level courses offered at the institute. Admissions to B.Tech, MBA and MCA courses are done on the basis of OJEE. Those who possess valid score in national level entrance tests will also be considered for admission.
Admission to engineering courses in Anna University is based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. Admissions will be carried out through the single window system. Candidates are required to fulfill all the eligibility criteria in order to apply for the various branches in Engineering. A separate admission will be carried out for candidates belonging to states other than Tamil Nadu.

Recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer (AO) (Scale I) in Oriental Insurance Company Ltd is based on an entrance examination. Candidates who qualify for the entrance examination are required to attend the interview. The final selection depends on the candidate’s performance in the written exam and the interview. Selected candidates are required to undergo a probationary period for a minimum of one year. Candidates should pass the Licentiate Examination conducted by the Insurance Institute of India for continued service as AO. Candidates have to pass this test within two years of joining.
Post graduate courses in Geology and Chemistry are offered by a number of colleges/universities. A Master of Science in Chemistry course and Master of Science in Geology course have certain commonalities as well as difference when it comes to topics or areas covered in these courses. Both these courses have good future scope in terms of higher studies and career avenues.

Admission to the Master of Computer Application (MCA) course in Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) is based on a state level entrance examination. The Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE) is conducted by Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow. Admission to all the affiliated colleges and institutions offering MCA course will be based on the score secured in the UPSEE. It is mandatory that candidates should meet the desired eligibility criteria for applying to the MCA course.
Gurgaon Institute of Technology & Management (GITM), affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, offers professional courses in engineering and technology. Admission process in GITM is done according to the policies laid down by Haryana State Counseling Society. Tuition fee for B.Tech courses is Rs. 72000/- per annum and that for MBA course is Rs. 50000/- per annum.
