Bank of India came into existence as a result of a joint venture by a group of businessman. The bank was established on September 7, 1906. The foundation stone of the bank was laid in Mumbai and the bank started functioning with only one office. Later on, the bank was made nationalised in the year 1970. The bank is actually consists of above 3000 branches spreaded all over in India. The 141 specialised branches of the bank are controlled by 48 Zonal offices. High Court of Madhya Pradesh is authorized by Consitution of India. The court was established in the year 1936 and it is located at Jabalpur. Initially, the court was established with the name of Nagpur High Court in the year 1936 under Government of India Act, 1935. But later on, the court was moved to Jabalpur and hence its got its present name. The strength of the sanctioned judge of the court is 42. Mr. Syed Rafat Alam is the present Cheif Justice of the court. The court has two permanent benches at Indore and Gwalior. Mr. M.
