Bhind is a district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh and the district has the town of Bhind as its headquarters. The district is located in the north-western part of the state and it is bounded by the Morena District to the west, Gwalior district to the southwest, Datia district to the south and the Jhansi, Jalaun, Etawah and Agra districts of the state of Uttar Pradesh to the north and east side.

Rajasthan Public Service commission came into existence on the 16th of August 1949 and the working of the commission is governed by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission Rules & Regulations Act 1963. The main work of the commission is the recruitment of candidates for different government job positions for filling up the vacancies arising in government organizations in the state of Rajasthan.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) came into existence as an autonomous body responsible for recruitment of candidates to different vacancies arising in state government-run organizations in the state of Rajasthan. The commission came into existence in the year 1949 on the 16th of August exactly two years after Indian independence and it abolished the working of other recruitment agencies in the state of Rajasthan since the whole responsibility of recruitment came under its control. The working of this commission is regulated by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission Rules & Regulations Act 1963.
