Srinivasan is the Chairman of the university. The company has its headqaurter located at Mumbai, India. The company has the initial intention to take up the commercial scale processing of monazite sand at its first unit named Rare Earths Division. The largest division of the company is located at Orissa and is named Orissan Sand Complex. The company has total four units with one corporate office.
