National Institute of Technology, Silchar offers B.Tech courses in subjects like civil engineering, electrical engineering and electronics & instrumentation engineering. Fee structure for the course varies with semester. Tuition fee from first semester to sixth semester is Rs. 17,500/- and that for the last two semesters is Rs. 7000/-.
Internship Programme in Indian Institute of Astrophysics is offered for college/university students with good academic records (not less than 60% marks from 10th till graduation/post graduation). Usual duration of the internship programme is 3-4 months. Interested candidates can submit applications through the head of the department from the college they studied.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has invited applications for the position of Assistant Engineer/Assistant Welfare Officer (for filling vacancies at Avionics Division, Hyderabad). Engineering graduates in civil/mechanical engineering with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for Assistant Engineer positions. Anna University is one of the pioneer universities offering MBA (distance education) programs in India. The course is available in a variety of subjects like technology management, retail management and human resources management. Graduation is the basic qualification required. Candidates with adequate eligibility can join the course on the basis of the Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET). Data Analysis, Verbal ability, etc will be asked for the entrance test.
