Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination has issued notification for joint entrance exam for medical/engineering courses in the state of Tripura. The exams are proposed to be conducted in two days, 24th April, 2013 and 25th April 2013. The test is conducted in objective model covering questions on Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. There will be 50 questions from each session carrying two marks each.

Presidency College, Bangalore is one of the pioneer B schools in India which was rated at 41st rank in the survey conducted by Indian Management and All India Management Association (AIMA). Parliament of India has invited applications for the positions of Security Assistant, Junior Library Assistant, Junior Clerk, Executive Assistant, etc. Graduates with computer proficiency can apply for most of the positions. Ex-servicemen are only considered for the position of Security Assistant Grade-II. Upper age limit for the position is 45 years. For all other job positions, the upper age limit is 17 years. Eligible candidates can submit applications by 15th March 2013.

The exam is conducted to select eligible candidates to diploma courses offered through different polytechnics in Punjab. Punjab Institute of Textile Technology, Global Polytechnic College, Punjab Institute of Technology Education, Beant College of Engineering & Technology L.L.R.M. Polytechnic College, JSS Polytechnic College, Doaba Polytechnic College, etc are some of the colleges accepting JET 2013.
Jairam College of Arts and Science offers under graduate courses like Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Applications), Bachelor of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Science in Micro – Biology and Bachelor of Arts in English. Post graduate courses are offered in streams of Computer Science, Management, Commerce, etc. Final year students studying in Jairam College are offered with placement support.
