One of the most respected designations of any person in today’s world is that of a lawyer which is achieved after completing LLB whereas LLM is the master’s degree course which can be done only after completing the LLB. The Research methodology and Legal education paper of the Pune University is a very important subject since a student should be aware about the legal education system. Apart from the legal education system the paper also deals about the training and research methods. It gives a detail description of the research technology.

Help for the students:

The paper has seven questions each of fifteen marks each and the students need to write only four of them, moreover the questions are set up according to the sections of the subject. So the students can rely on selective study though it is not good for their practical life. Three hours is provided to write four answers so the students can divide their time as in forty five minutes for a question which is a good amount of time for a student to complete a fifteen mark question. There are no short questions or objective type questions in the paper which is a disadvantage for the students.
