Am completed iti fitter trade and also completed one year apprentice training. ..am already wrote a exam of bridge course for lateral entry for diploma dairect 2nd year. But am fail that exam. If any chances for join the diploma course in dairect 2nd year...?

For Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , candidates must have 10th passed from a recognised university.

Yes, you can take direct admission in 2nd year of polytechnic after completion of your 12th. But, if your are opting for computer, IT, or E&TC. It would be better to take admission in the first year itself, as the basics are taught in the first year.
