Is diploma course considered to be graduation or different? What is the weightage of both the courses? and which one is better? Can you please suggest me with your experience on this? Awaiting to get the response soon. Thank you!

No, Diploma course is not considered as a Graduate Degree course. Diploma or Polytechnic course is a 3 year course which is an undergraduate course and not equivalent to Graduation or Bachelor Degree.

The basic pattern that is to be considered as a Graduate Degree, it must be either 10+2+3 or 10+2+4. As Diploma is a 10+3 pattern course, it is not equivalent to Graduation course and it is considered as an undergraduate course.

In general, most of the companies or organizations recruit candidates from Graduation background. So I suggest you to pursue B.E/ B.Tech to ensure that you have Graduation as a qualification.
