No you can't do company secretary after Diploma course. The minimum educational qualification required to apply for company secretary is 12th stnadard or it's equivalent from recognized university.

ICSI (i.e) Institute of Company Secretary of India and this course is divided into Foundation Program, Executive Program, Professional Program.

ICSI ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

➢ For Foundation Course
12th standard or equivalent qualification from recognized university.

➢ For Intermediate Course
Graduation course or it's equivalent qualification from recognized university.

Can a diploma holder aplly for cseet exam ? Because diploma is equivalent to 12.please tell.
