How to become a Clinical Psychologist through PG Diploma in Counselling Psychology?

Hello everyone, I am doing a BSc in Psychology and one og my friends told me that I should do a PG Diploma course in Counselling Psychology. He said that through this course I can become a Clinical Psychologist. I don’t know how this is possible. I need to know about this. Please tell me how I can become one?
