It depends on the college from where you completed the diploma. If the college is recognised to AICTE or any other Technical University then surely your diploma will be absolutely valid.
Just check on the official website of AICTE for organisation institutes list. If it is listed then surely no problem for you.

You can check your diploma certificate is original or fake by Hologram or by checking UGC list.

To check by Hologram you need to check that Hologram is present or not in your diploma certificate. If the Hologram shows 3D image then the certificate is original.

To check by UGC list you need to check UGC list ij which you can find name of your diploma Institute. If it will be there then the certificate is original otherwise it is fake.

How to check diploma certificate provided is original or fake?

The candidate can attach the degree of the concerned University and ask if the degree has been issued by that university. It is also possible to ask for some other official certificate for degree verification of a student. The Universities are required to furnish this information to RTI applicants.
