Leet exam, syllabus, eligibility and colleges where admissions are taken based on this exam


I am a student of diploma in civil engineering (2nd year) of V. J. T. I, Maharashtra. Will I be eligible to take L. E. E. T exam after completing my diploma? Also I want to know which are the institutes which accept students in direct 2nd year. B. Tech or B. E after giving L. E. E. T exam? Can someone please also give a link for the syllabus of the exam
