Sir I have done B.Sc Post Graduate One year Diploma in Biotechnology, so after hospital practice can I open my own Clinic or Medical shop?

The foremost requirement in opening a medical shop is to be qualified and secure a License.
They must have a degree of B.pharm or M.pharm.
Land and medical store business registration is needed
Lastly registration of drug license is required.
To open a medical store in suburbs, one needs to have 3-4 lacs.

Biotechnology students are not eligible for opening a medical store, they need to be registered pharmacist.
