I am F.Y.B.COM student. which course i should do
to have good career banking sector.
whether any diploma course in accounting & finance sector?

You can apply Bank PO and Clerk exams after completion of your Graduation in any discipline. The selection in banking sector is mainly based on the written exam and interview. Therefore, no need to go for any Diploma course in Banking or Finance.

You can start preparing for bank exams, if you are really interested in a banking sector job. IBPS and SBI conduct PO and Clerk recruitment exams for Public Sector Banks.

Most of the private banks have also started conducting exams for recruiting POs. Hence, you should go for preparation of bank exams rather than going for a Diploma course.
