Can I re-apply for MHRD scholarship as fresher?
I had applied for MHRD scholarship in 2016 September. But, I had not got any amount and as I was not selected. But, I had scored 89.16% in PUC. Can I apply again as fresher?

Yes, you can apply again, if you had applied for improvement exams and got more marks this time. Selection will be on the basis of merit only.
Hence, make sure that you apply for it, before the last date mentioned in the notification. Chances of selection will be lesser because you have already applied once. |
