Hello, I am interested to apply for an education loan in Andhra Bank for studying MBA course in Abroad. After searching alot I didn’t understood about Collateral Security. Can I know about this Collateral Security of Education Loan in Andhra Bank?

Collateral Security in Andhra Bank Education Loan scheme for study MBA in Abroad are as follows;


Loan up to Rs. 4 lakhs – No collateral security

Loan between Rs. 4 lakhs to Rs. 7.5 lakhs – No collateral is required. Only co-obligation of parent / guardian or third party is required.

Loan above Rs. 7.5 lakhs – Assignment of student’s future income.
Co-obligation of parents / guardians
And
Tangible collateral security of suitable value is required.
