Collateral Security in Andhra Bank Education Loan scheme for study Medicine in Abroad?
Hello, I am interested to apply for an education loan in Andhra Bank for studying Medicine course in Abroad. After searching alot I didn’t understood about Collateral Security. Can I know about this Collateral Security of Education Loan in Andhra Bank?

One can apply upto INR 10 lacs for Indian colleges and INR 20 lacs for abroad colleges.
For loans upto 4 lacs , no collateral security is required Tangible security is accepted as security by the bank with third party gurantee. For loans above 7.5 lacs both collateral security and third party gurantee is required. Collateral can be in the form of insurance policy in favour of bank. |
