Hello Sir/Madam, please help me to know about the documents which are required for applying and participating in The Modi Foundation Siksha Abhiyan Scholarship Test. I am interested to apply in this test. So, I want to know that what are the documents required to apply.

Documents required to apply for The Modi Foundation Siksha Abhiyan Scholarship Test:

Duly filled in loan application form,

Admission Letter,

Two recent passport size photographs,

Statement of cost of Study,

PAN Card, AADHAR card of student and parent/guardian,

Identity proof,

IT returns or IT assessment order of previous two years of the co-borrower,

Statement of assets and liabilities of parent/guardian,

Income of parent/guardian.
