Respected Sir/Madam, I want to apply in Bishwa Bangla Scholarships at SOAS, UK. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for me to apply in this scholarship programme. Please tell me immediately.

Eligibility to apply for Bishwa Bangla Scholarships at SOAS, UK;

You must be a resident of West Bengal, India.

You must be eligible to pay fees at the overseas rate.

You must have an admission offer to study full-time MA (South Asian Area Studies) by the scholarship application deadline.

You must hold a first or second class honours Bachelors degree from a UK university or equivalent in a relevant subject.

You must have a*English language proficiency according to the offer of admission to study at SOAS.

You should not hold any other major scholarship or studentship while applying for Bishwa Bangla Scholarships at SOAS, UK.

You must satisfy the below criteria to be eligible for Bishwa Bangla Scholarships at SOAS, UK.

1) The candidate resident should be in West Bengal, India.
2) The candidate required to pay fees at the overseas rate.
3) The candidate must be good in English language. If the candidate admission is conditional on English, such candidate required to qualify in the English test and ensure you meet the English requirements as soon as possible.
